Privacy statement

This statement explains how Wollstonecraft Consulting handles personal information, in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What I collect

When you use the contact form, email or phone me, I collect the details you give me, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number and your message. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to me by Formspree, a form service.

How I use it

I use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to communicate with you about that work. I don't sell or share your information, and I don't add you to a mailing list without asking.

How it's stored

Your information is stored securely by the services I use to run the website and email. I keep it only as long as it's needed for the purpose you gave it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, and ask me to correct or delete it. To do that, email anna@wollstonecraft.co.nz.

If you're not happy with how your information has been handled, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
